1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Outsized ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outsized.
2. Description of Service
Outsized is a prediction market aggregation platform that sources markets from Polymarket and Kalshi. Users can create parlay bets by combining multiple prediction market outcomes. All bets are placed using SOL on the Solana blockchain. Outsized does not create or operate the underlying prediction markets.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Outsized. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of prediction markets is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.
4. Wallet Connection & Security
Outsized requires a Solana-compatible wallet (such as Phantom) to place bets. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Outsized never has access to your private keys. We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to compromised wallet security, phishing attacks, or user error.
5. Betting & Transactions
All bets placed on Outsized are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. You acknowledge that prediction markets involve significant risk, and you may lose your entire stake. Parlay bets require all legs to win for a payout. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only bet with funds you can afford to lose.
6. Market Resolution
Markets are resolved based on outcomes determined by the underlying prediction market platforms (Polymarket and Kalshi). Outsized relies on these platforms for accurate resolution. We are not responsible for disputed or delayed resolutions on third-party platforms.
7. Payouts & Withdrawals
Winning parlays are credited to your account balance automatically upon resolution of all legs. Withdrawals are processed to your connected Solana wallet. Processing times may vary. Outsized reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: manipulating markets or engaging in wash trading; using bots or automated systems without authorization; attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform; engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws; using the platform for money laundering or other illicit purposes; creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits; or interfering with other users' experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Outsized are owned by or licensed to us. Market data displayed is sourced from third-party platforms and remains their respective property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Outsized is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency funds. This includes losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract failures, or third-party platform errors.
11. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Outsized after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
